Energetic Uncertainty
Energetic uncertainty simply means that EMC² is not certain an applicant has the capacity to effectively utilize all the balancing energies provided by the AIM Program to raise their Life Force and heal their imbalances. EMC² uses the term "uncertainty" to define the information the QED reveals from an applicant's photograph.

Along with performing the initial Life Force reading, EMC² simply asks if there is anything about the applicant that might minimize his or her ability to effectively utilize the balancing energies provided by the AIM Program. In the past, when the answer was "yes", the applicant was classified as "ineligible" and due to this uncertainty, was not able to participate in the Sacrament of Energetic Balancing.

Currently, EMC² acknowledges that the participant does not have uncertainty. At the highest level of consciousness, the participant knows what his/her intent is. Energetic uncertainty means that EMC² is unable to read a clear answer from a participant at this time.

In the early years, EMC² was reluctant to charge a participant for Energetic Balancing if the results were questionable. At that time, the term "eligibility" was used, even though EMC² was never happy with that word. When the initial Life Force and eligibility check indicated that an applicant was "ineligible", EMC² recommended they not participate.

The indication was that the applicant would not likely experience the results they desired. EMC² did not want to be held responsible for an individual's own inability to utilize the balancing energies, even though that would be like faulting the electric company for a burned out light bulb.

Eventually, it became apparent to EMC² that most people wanted to participate in energetic balancing, regardless of what the initial energetic "eligibility" reading indicated. And it turned out that most "ineligible" participants were able to utilize the balancing energies to raise their Life Force and ultimately become "eligible". With balancing energies added specifically to assist with this, they were eventually able to achieve even more by raising their Life Force to 100.

It became clear to EMC² that they should not limit an individual’s process of raising Life Force and expanding consciousness. This brought about the term "Energetic Uncertainty" (EU), and the Energetic Uncertainty Waiver. This waiver allows everyone participation in the AIM Program, even applicants whose initial evaluation indicates energetic uncertainty. The Energetic Uncertainty Waiver included on page four of the AIM Application empowers the applicant considered "EU" to make his/her own decision about AIM Program participation.

Whether or not the applicant initials the EU Waiver, they will be notified, by their Facilitator, if the evaluation indicates the presence of the frequency of Energetic Uncertainty. If it is initialed, the participant is notifying EMC² that even in the presence of an Energetic Uncertainty reading, the participant chooses to begin the AIM Program. If this waiver is not initialed and an EU reading is revealed, the application processing is stopped and EMC² notifies the applicant's Facilitator, and the Facilitator contacts the applicant.

If the applicant subsequently chooses to go on the AIM program despite the EU reading, they must submit to EMC² a written statement of their awareness of the reading and their desire to begin the AIM Program regardless of the reading.
